Here’s another yet another T-shirt I’ve just finished for the people over at Resist Apparel. It’s called “A Terrific Ride Where Almost Everyone is Feeling Uneasy.” It’s filled with fun and happiness and dispair and clouds. All the things that make up a good T-shirt really.

This is a T-Shirt design I did for Resist Apparel. It’s called: “How Weather is Born OR The Current State of Ying VS Yang in the World.” I plan on making more T-Shirt designs in the coming weeks when I have some spare time.

Here’s a mock up I did using the example from Go Media’s Apparel Pack. Look forward to purchasing the whole set once I get more T-shirts under my belt and seeing how their files work with all the layers and masks they got on those things.

Laser Bolt Land Logo

Laser Bolt Land Logo

This is a project I started in the end of July, 2008 in order to showcase my Illustration skills. For this site, I keep things a little light and fluffy… colorful and fun.

There’s lots more to come from M. Pepe Navarino. Some things for the future include an animation project featuring the incredible skills of grand master Peter Szewczyk. The animation will be based on old ongoing project called “The Spacepeople”. On top of that, imagine having the wonderfully imaginative book The Rootabaga Stories by Carl Sandburg re-illustrated by the hand of Pepe Navarino? One can only imagine the outcome. Well, it’s currently in the works.

Go ahead and check out the site. Pick up a free wallpaper, why don’t ya? Sign up for the RSS feed so you don’t miss a beat!

Here’s a logo design I’ve proposed for Dan Murphy’s The Love Explosion. I’ve also done some web design proposals for a new site he’s working on, and hope to make some beautiful t-shirts with him in the future. Great things are afoot at The Love Explosion, and I plan on being a part of it all the way along!

With my online painting portfolio (www.petenawara.com), I’ve really tried to keep the design as minimal as possible in order to showcase the work itself. Avoiding flashy design and keeping things stark leaves the images room to breath. Go ahead and take a look at some of my paintings and drawings!

I’m proud to be able to say that I’m a part of the incredible things they’re doing over at Inersol Corporation. Doing design for a company that is making such advancements in the field of solar energy technology just tends to leave you feeling good about yourself. Also, I’m quite happy with how these designs turned out.

Uptownboogiedown Logo

I’ve been working with Uptownboogiedown since their Conception. I created their logo and identity as well as helping them with their website on both a design and administrative front. I’ve been flown out to do Live Painting as well as helping set up and operate their interactive photobooth. This Wild party extravaganza is never lacking in the fun department, and the guys over there have always asked my opinion on keeping it interactive and exciting.

Uptownboogiedown March 2008 Flyer Back

They depend on me to keep coming up with simple and striking flyer and poster designs for their famous London Sunday House Party. They keep my creative mind flowing and really know how to through a party. I try not to miss a party even if they are all the way in London, but being as it’s a Sunday night and once a month, I unfortunately tend to miss a few.
